calculate marks from scale

is it possible if i want to calculate marks from this scale? (and need to calculate it into percentage after all sections are completed) or we have another easier solutions?

      There are many ways to do it. If you have fixed number of questions, then easiest is to use Calculation Field and define each field 1 by 1. Then it will sum up everything.
