    Check the logs for clues.
    Probably the prompt returning a result from chatgpt that is not suitable for app generation. Its Beta anyway, hopefully they'll improve it.

    Why don't you try different prompts like:

    Generate procurement management system. When the amount is more than $2000, it requires approval from the HOD and finance department, else it only needs approval from the finance department.
