External API integration in joget?

Hey, 

I want to know that can I use a third party API and integrate the same in joget ?

I don't have proper knowledge about it. Can joget integrate any external API (ex: if I write a java or python code can I integrate the code in joget?)

If yes, then how can it be done.

I hope I am clear with conveying my doubt in a hasty manner.
