Joget DX 8 Stable Released
The stable release for Joget DX 8 is now available, with a focus on UX and Governance.
The SLA Report provides you with high-level report reports on the performance of the processes that have where an SLA is implemented.
In the sample process below, the SLA has been is configured as the table belowfollows:-

The sample report below shows In the report, you can find aggregated/compiled figures on your processesfor the process/activities.

Process Name: Process name that have SLA - Name of the process where an SLA is implemented.
Min Delay (Seconds): - The least shortest delay (in seconds) for overdue processes/activities that are overdue.
Max Delay (Seconds): - The most longest delay (in seconds) for overdue processes/activities that are overdue.activities
Ratio On Time: Time - Percentage of processes completed within the SLA.
Ratio With Delay: - Percentage of overdue processes overdue.
Service Level Monitor: SLA Indicator based on the ratio above.given ratio
Note: Ratio on time + Ratio with delay = 100
SLA report is also available at for activity level as welllevels.
In the example above, we can tell that there are 50% of process instances of in the sample Leave Application Process are completed on time with the other half and the remaining 50% are not. For instance that are delayed, the worst case being delayed for instances where there is a delay, the longest is 248 seconds and the least shortest is 200 seconds.

In the The example above , we can tell shows that only half of the Apply Leave activities are completed in on time and , while all Approve Leave activities are completed in on time.
