i need help, i cant seems to understand how to use the map to plugin function in the mapping to participant, is there any other way?
right now i want to assign different department to different approver (i created using group)
so in my workflow process i created a workflow variable name group_id and in the transition i put the condition : group_id=="#form.eStationary_request.group_id# , the hash variable will return the value selected by requester using a selectbox. Then i continue with mapping to participant, i choose map to workflow variable > select the variable Id =group_id > the value of the workflow variable represents = group code.
but it does not work.
