Joget now implements a "Forgot Password Feature. This Feature has to be enabled in Security Plugin.
Go to System Settings>Directory Manager Settings>Configure Plugin(Settings > Directory Manager Settings.
Go to Select Plugin to choose Security Enhanced Directory Manager)>Default and click theblue Select button.
Select Default Directory Password PolicyCheck and check "Enable Forgot Password Feature" to enable the setting.

| Refer to Email Tool to obtain the required SMTP Settings information for submitting the plugin configuration. |
Once "Enable Forgot Password" is checked, you see a link at the bottom of the credential fields. Click "Forgot Password". This will open a form that requires a username to be inputted
Submit the username. This will send the password reset details to the registered Email address.
