I understand that we can do the following
Login to Workflow Management Console as a user with Administrator role, and manually re-assign the approval activity to someone else.
- Navigate to Monitor Apps > Running Processes
- Click into the targeted process instance
- Click into the targeted activity for details
- Click at the "Reassign User" button, and choose an assignee
However, I'm looking at the possibility to do this reassignment using a Form built on Form Builder because we do not want users to go to the Workflow Management Console with Administrator Role. I believe task reassignment is a norm in business processes because of unforeseen constraints.
Anyone has suggestions? Appreciate it much. Thanks.
