I'm new to Joget. A client has specific needs and I'm not sure if Joget will meet them.
The client is looking for a portal for all of their submission forms (approximately 400). Many of the forms will require specialized workflows/process's.
From samples I've seen of Joget each "Company form" would require it's own App, is this correct? By that I mean a "Vacation Request Submission Form" and it's workflow would be one App requiring 10 Joget "forms". A "Request for Supplies" would be a different workflow which would be another requiring 4 different "forms".
If this is the case to build a portal to encompass all company forms you would then build a userview to be a main directory and that userview would consist of links to each of the different Apps?

Hi there,
Applications are the topmost container wrap. You may build each app for each application that you have. For example, we can have a "Travel Request App", "Expenses App" and "Training App" each serving distinctively functions of your company's processes.
In your default Joget's installation, you can find ready made applications such as "HR Expenses Claim App" and "Internal Service Request" as a reference on how you should go about managing and developing apps in Joget.

Perhaps this illustration will clarify my question.The 5 blue "buttons" all represent individual apps. The red lines roughly show that you would be linked to each of the individual apps from the Form Portal page. There would be a link on each of the apps to return to the portal. Users would log in at the portal and remain logged in for each Application.
Is this possible using Joget?
