i have a user named Junior which is reporting to a user named Senior. so i need the participant to be mapped to the Junior reporting manager (which is Senior). so on the process "Map participants to users" section; i have select "Performer's Subordinates", but in this case after Junior performe his activity  it will not be moved to Senior,  instead it will staty in Junior inbox ?

    Hi John,

    Perhaps you can use "Map to Performer's HOD" where the performer performed "previous activity" in the participant mapping for "Senior".

      thanks for the reply, i know about the HOD, but as every department can have only one HOD , so i need each employee to send the application to his direct manager which he reports to before reaching the HOD.
