The Hyperlink Action allows you to add Hyperlink into your records.

Hyperlink

The URL of the link.
Possible values:

  • An absolute URL - points to another web site (like href="http://www.example.com/default.htm")
  • A relative URL - points to a file within a web site (like href="default.htm")
  • An anchor URL - points to an anchor within a page (like href="#top")

Hyperlink Target

Behavior on how the link should be opened.

Hyperlink Parameter Name

Parameter name to be appended to the end of the link.

Column Name

Column to look up as the value of the parameter specified above.

Label

Label of the action.

Confirmation Message

Confirmation message before the opening of the link.

Visible when no record or checkbox?

Determines whether this action should show when there's no record returned (Only applicable when this action is used as List Action).
