Joget DX 8 Stable Released
The stable release for Joget DX 8 is now available, with a focus on UX and Governance.
Service Level Agreement or SLA in short can be incorporated in the process design as a mean for the process owner to define and maintain quality of services.
In Joget, SLA may be implemented at the process level and typically, at the activity level.
Why set limits?
How to Set SLA Limit?
First of all, you will need to define the duration unit at the process's properties.

Then, you may start defining the limit at the activities desired.

At run-time, you will be able to see the indicators in the Inbox as well as in the administrative tab, "Running Processes".

Note: Implementation of SLA does not affect the process flow.
