Definition
Form allows one to directly view Form data in the report.

| Form | Target form to load. Mandatory field. |
| Record ID | Record ID to load form data from target form. Example  For example, if the report is linked from a Datalist's Download Report plugin, we can retrieve the value set in its "Report Parameters" by using "reportParam" hash variable (i.e. #reportParam.id#) |
Hide fields without value | If checked, fields with no value will be hidden from the form. |
| Show unselected options for multi option field | If checked, unselected options for multi option fields (i.e selectbox, radio button, etc) will be displayed as well. |
| Margin Bottom | Bottom margin of the form. Example 10px |
