Filter makes it easy for one to refine the listing. One by add columns into the Filter pane by simply dragging it into it.
The snapshot of the form shown below is taken from the CRM application found in default Joget's installation package.

The added filter can be further configured through its properties.

One may customize the selection or appearance of the filter by selecting the Datalist Filter Type. In the example shown above, one by turn the filter into a Select Box to limit the search criteria based on the Select Box options.
