the first system called order port is the current system we are doing..the submit order part is where im trying to work on...
the second system clinic management is one with submit order with a form like you said i had tried that also, but our supervisor said she preferred the listing grid to the form grid as you should be able input just quantity with all prices constant than manipulating all data from item name, price and quantity....
so if the listing grid cannot work will tell her and do the form grid instead

Can you attach a sample app that demonstrates the said issue so that I can replicate it easier?
You may also try to use Form Grid to build up your grid data.
