how to throw an error when there is a duplicate email ?

Hey , 

I have 3 textfields in my form namely 

1)Customer SPOC email

2)Customer L2 email 

3)customer L3 email


I want to throw an error if any one of the emails is the same. No duplicate data should be entered. A previously stored email should also not get displayed!


In the above ss The 3 emails are the same. Ho w can I throw error was duplicates
