Running Processes can't load result

As screenshot, the running processes in monitor can't work after upgraded to V7, but when I rollback to V6, it is normal. How could I fix this issue ?

    Are there any error logs?


    Are you saying that:

    a) you have a running process instance in v6, and then you upgrade to v7 and the same running process instance that was currently running is not displaying in v7 monitor>running processes?

    b) you have a process and when you start and finish the process in v6, you have no issue. But when upgraded, you start the process but unable to see the process running in DX?

    I checked no related error messages in logs.

    Actually, all of instances can work normal in v6. But after upgraded v7, they can't display in running process. When rollback to v6, they will display again.

    Hi, there has to be some errors in the server logs. You can also check the browser developer tools console to look for JavaScript errors.
