Good day,

I would like to know is it possible for requestor after submitting the form for approver that it is still possible for requestor to cancel the request if the approval did not approve the request yet.

      Hi ,


      This is classic question from our clients and mostly I will say "Impossible".

      Not only Joget but many BPM products would not allow unassigned person to terminate others activity.


      The way to handle it, you must assign requester together with approver in participants mapping and control permission in approval form to allow requester to see only "Withdraw" action (don't forget to add transition line back to requeste in process builder.


      this practices is quite complicate and SLA report will be confusing according to some approval task will be wait requester as well.

        Hi, I believe there is a withdraw option in the Process Enhancement Plugin.

        Hi, We expected that Process Enhancement Plugin could solve the problem as well. 

        Unfortunatly, we have tried process enhancement plugin but It allow only approver withdraw back to requester.

        I still can not find any plug-in to allow requester withdraw their request from approver inbox.

      Hi,

      In Joget Enterprise, if we use CRUD, there is an option for Delete button "Abort Related Running Process", I think it can be used for your requirement.

        Good day,

        Sadly I am currently using the community version but thanks for the info sharing. 

        Might take that as a consideration in upgrading.
