Multiple HOD(approval) in a department

Good day,

I would like to know is it possible to have more than 1 approver in a department. 

Example, if person A is not around, person B can perform the approval.

      Hi, for the scenario "if person A is not around, person B can perform the approval.", you can try using the Task Delegation Menu.

        This mapping will be assign HOD in department of requester which mean there is only 1 person will be assigend because 1 department can set only 1 HOD in joget.


        If you want everyone in same department as requester, choose "mapp to Performers's Department" 

        If you want everyone in other department , choose "map to an entire Department" 

        If there are special peolple, choose "map to group"

          If you want everyone in same department as requester, choose "mapp to Performers's Department" 

          • cannot apply as the form is commonly use by the whole company, ETA 20+ department. So it have to be type: Performer

          If you want everyone in other department , choose "map to an entire Department" 

          • cannot apply as it is a general form for the whole company. So the form cannot tie to a single entity.

          If there are special peolple, choose "map to group"

          • I did create a group and put in all the HOD but that will lead to requester A apply and every HOD that is not related to the requester department able to see and approve.
