access uploaded image ending with dotted

hi, im using image upload ext in joget. why every call to image url joget is adding extra dotted to url ? this cannot be rendered by jasper report.

      Try using relative path in JasperReport, as suggested in here or place the image in Resources and use the URL property as the image path.
