Hi, I am not sure that I understand. Do you mean that your phone email client changes the subject and contents of the email? If that is the case, then it seems you will need to check your phone email client, and not the server.

I am developing a system that required approval by email. When I am using my laptop to make the approval, the system can proceed perfectly. My polling email can read the approval reply correctly. But when I am using my phone to make approval, the system has changed the format of my approval reply. It does not follow the format of reply that I have set.
May i know why this occur and what the is best way to solve this error? Please refer attachment for your reference. the 1st pic is the approval by phone. The 2nd pic is the approval by laptop. The 3rd pic is the polling email did not read the approval replied since the format is difference. Thus, this make the system cannot works.
