problem sqlmode back to ONLY_FULL_GROUP_BY

Hi Joget Advance.

im trying to update sqlmode remove ONLY_FULL_GROUP_BY, but i do not know suddenly sqlmode back set ONLY_FULL_GROUP_BY again?
