Table border is missing in Rich Text Editor

I created one rich text editor in form as Email Tool. But I found when I insert into one table via Rich Text Editor, and sent as mail, the table border is missing in mail subject. But the border is existing in rich text editor. How could I set to keep the table border in email tool ?

        But when I run its Email tool, the border is missing in mail:

        How do you output the table into the email? Are you using hash variable? If you are, try to escape it by adding ?html

        Hash Variable#EscapingtheResultantHashVariable

        Example:- 

        #form.requests.content?html#

        After I add ?html, the mail content change to:

        Perhaps, you need to enable "HTML Content" in your Email Tool?
