Store as UTC option in date picker

Dear All,

In one of our application, users from multiple timezone will be submitting data. To maintain data integrity we would like to store date-time information in UTC format. Default date picker component provided by Joget has an option called "Date and Time stored in UTC". Our exception was, this option would auto convert selected data-time value to UTC and before storing in DB. However, this option doesn't do any conversion on selected value, it stores the selected date-time value as it is.
