Automatically add value for Option Binder

Hi experts,

I want to create a form that will display specific sections based on the option chosen for 'Type of CMR'. In addition, I need to used option binder to display options for select box. I have modify the visibility of the section below the horizontal line. However, because I am using option binder, it does not seem to know the 'value' that has been selected. 

To be able to display the examples below, I had to manually add the value in options (hardcoded). However, I want the option to only be display by option binder.

The reason why I want to use option binder is because I want the ability to add more types in the future but the user can add it them self rather than having the admin to add it for them.

When using option binder, nothing happen:

But if I configure the system using method in Figure 1, it displays the sections.

What can I do to display the sections like in Figure 3 & 4 but still using option binder?
