You need to set up process list in your user view for the activity (type: Process Activity, activity: targeted activity) for all activities after the Email on approve. The process actually go well into next activity but you didn't set up a place for users to continue with the flow!

I did as you suggested. However, nothing happens. Do you see any mistake with my configuration?

Checking on the process status, we can see that update container number and reworking is included. But even if I select Import Empty or Reworking as type, it will not start the process and just go straight to end.

Can you show the process status after you approved the form in approval process? You can set it in your list by using process status formatter on your id field

by doing this in one of your field in the datalist, you can check the process status of your process in your list other then form. - Danial Jefri

Hi
I have created this process using the app generator - approval process. However, the process stops at Email on Approved. Suppose the form is approved and the user received email, the process continues to Type of CMR and so on until Notify Customer Status.
Did i configure it incorrectly or is it because I created as an approval process and the process has been completed at the Approval process decision?
