Joget DX 8 Stable Released
The stable release for Joget DX 8 is now available, with a focus on UX and Governance.
Ensure in App Design > Processes > Map Participants to Users > Process Start White List is set to "Everyone (Including Anonymous)". By default, it'll be set to Admin. It's a safety measure to make sure unwanted users won't accidentally start the process.
Hi everyone,
I am trying to map an activity to a public/not logged in user. I tried this:
Map participant to anonymous (logged out) users
and to manage the permission in the form or the userview, however I always get the default "No Permission" screen. In the form I have a custom "No Permission" response and in the userview I can not manage the permission for the "Run Process" component.
So I am a bit lost, where this message comes from and how I can fix it.
The thing is: If I use the answer of the other question above, I do not have access when I am logged in, so basically it should work. Also when I set the form permission to "is anonymous" it shows my custom "No Permission" response when I am logged in.
Thanks for your help
Joshua
