It may be possible your office network has blocked port 587 and port 465 and probably many other ports.
Do try when you are at home or link your notebook to use your mobile internet wifi hotspot (thus bypassing your office network) to test the Email Tool.
what error appear in the log file? i am using gmail without issue.

As I do not know your company's email SMTP credentials, I can't comment on your entered values if they are correct or not. Do try other email SMTPs, example Gmail https://support.google.com/a/answer/176600?hl=en or Yahoo etc.
