Hi, I have two stranges problems (maybe related) suddenly with process builder:

  • it keeps in the status 'Saving' after changing a current proces or creating a new one.
  • when I copy a process, it creates a new proces copy with not only the current lane with process flow, but also creates two additional lanes with the same objects but without the process flow arrowsI

Everything within the app seems to function ok. But now process builder seems to contain some corruption.

Can somebody please assist?

Any errors in the logs? Better check those.Try upgrading to latest version. I recall there was a version that I had that issue. But I can't remember...That or i checked whether there's enough RAM allocated in JVM

Hey there! It seems your Joget process builder is acting a bit funky. I suppose there are some steps that you can take to try to resolve this issue.

The best way is to see the log file. You can see any error inside there that will be hinting to the root cause.

However, some basic things you can do :

        For the "Saving" issue:

        • Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. Sometimes, old data gets stuck and causes problems.
        • Make sure you have a good internet connection, especially if Joget is online.
        • If you're using an unusual browser, try switching to a popular one like Chrome or Firefox to see if that helps.

For the lane duplication when copying:

        • This might be a known issue with your Joget version. Check the Joget forums or website to see if others have had this problem and if there's a fix.
        • Upgrading Joget to the latest version could solve the problem too, as newer versions often have bug fixes.
        • In rare cases, some process data might be messed up. This is a bit trickier, so if you're not comfortable with technical stuff, hold off on this for now.

        Hope it helps!
