Hi, If you're asking how to route a form to the selected department you can check this documentation. Under participant mapping, you can use a workflow variable that stores the selected department and map it to the participant.

how to set when user select department, the system will go to the department's pic?
as example, in form A, user choose department they wnat to sent the form, then the form will go to the department chosed by user.
note that the department is not user's assigned department.
