Error storing data: JTA transaction unexpectedly rolled back (By Uknow use the Edit Form Grid)

Hi team,

I have a form that is using Form Grisub in order to fill a couple of fields in new window, it was configured by copying parameters from another form that works¡

 but when i did set in this control the form where it sould store the info the form father cannot save the transaction and show this error.

    Hi, perhaps you could give us the following to assist: 1. a sample of yr app, just include the forms above or write a new app with similar forms and subforms. 2. provide the full joget.log file ziipped to a smaller size. Thank you

    Hola Fabián, ese error puede no ser realmente el causante.  A veces me ha pasado que justo antes de ese error hay un error de bases de datos, como que por ejemplo los campos que describes en el grid no se encuentran en la tabla en la que quieres guardar.  Para probar, crea un enlace al formulario desde el userview e intenta guardar los datos directamente desde el formulario, para ver si hay algún problema.  Si hay algún problema debes modificar la tabla directamente en la base de datos para que contenga todos los campos que necesitas.

      Hi, the error says that the transaction rolled back due to some error. You should check the logs for more details on what the error is first.
