datalist hyperlink start another process with storing record into new table

Hello,

I have a requirement as attached sample App shows:

When use "process" hyperlink start another workflow, I want to copy record this line into process related table "t01_form1". And it should be one2many(different id in table "t01_form1").

can you help me?
