How to get the form data in the post form submission tool ?

There is this post-form submission tool for every form which is triggered every time the form is submitted. How to get the form field data into this tool? For instance, i need to use the email tool here, and i need to send the data filled in the form as part of the email. How to achieve this ?

        You can use Joget Workflow hash variables to 'pull' the current record's field values into your Email Tool.
