Hi Gavin, Can you tell us which Joget version are you using? I am trying to replicate the issue but I am not even able to see the add row button for form grid.

      Joget Version: Version: 8.1.6 - build 034edef

      Subform Repeater Plugin: 7.0.9 & 7.0.10

As for the duplicate Issue could you tell us what is the saving mechanism used? If its Multiple Form Row can you try using the default option and check if the issue is still occurring? Additionally please stick to versions 7.0.8 and Above as a known duplicate issue was fixed in version 7.0.8

Since am facing the same issue. Based on this old post Form Grid and Subform Repeater cannot be used together, it looks like this might be a limitation/difficulty since the fundamental issue is that these two components handle data storage differently, leading to incorrect behavior when nested together.

When Form Grids and Subform Repeaters are used together, their different data storage mechanisms conflict - Form Grids temporarily store data as JSON in hidden fields until the main form submits, while Subform Repeaters handle data through direct form duplication with row prefixes or perhaps it could be a simple UI issue... Try using spreadsheets or advanced form grids for further troubleshooting, as these alternatives might help isolate whether the problem is specifically related to the Form Grid/Subform Repeater combination
