Generate App button not appearing

On top right corner there was generate app button but once I re installed the windows for some reasons that button is not appearing now.

      App Generator is available on Enterprise Edition. You may have accidentally installed the Community Edition. You can check at admin bar settings > general setting > version to confirm. if its Joget DX Enterprise or not
