How to make a registration form and send the data to database?

Hello, im making this basic web page where i will be inputing some data and i want it to be saved to my database (MYSQL). Also, it can be viewed also in the web page. Is there someone who knows this? I tried but i cannot get the data from the database, i can send but cannot retrieved. Thanks.

      Hi there.

       

      I assume that you mean web page in JOGET. 

      Actually, there are normal way and easy way to generate form then binding with database table instantly.

      Normal way : you have to create Form, Data list and user view.

      Easy way : Just create the form the use "App Generator" feature the generate CRUD app (all work flow as you like)
