Introduction
Decision making is one of the most important aspects in any business. As a part of process automation, Joget DX provides support for a collection of Smart Decisions Plugins that can be mapped to process routes for decision making.
These Smart Decisions plugins allow you to handle various types of decision making for your applications:
- Bean Shell Decision Plugin - Handles complex decisions by inserting custom Java codes.
- Simple Rules Decision Plugin - This plugin allows no code configurable approach to define routing and actions within a process.
- Simple Tensorflow AI Decision Plugin - This plugin allows you to map it on a process route, execute a pre-trained Tensorflow AI model and use the output result for decision making.
Please take note that the Decision Tool Plugin will take precedence over existing conventional conditional setup in the Process Builder

Get Started
There are two ways to Map Routes to Plugins. We will be using the existing built-in App Expenses Claims as an example. Here are the steps:
1. Start Joget Server and open the App Center.
2. Log in as admin and click on the pencil icon on the Expenses Claim to open the Design App. (see Figure 1)

3. In the Design App, click on Processes and click on Map Routes to Plugins.
4. From here, there are two ways:
a. Click on Map Routes to Plugins Tab and start configure (see Figure 2)

b. Click on Configure Mapping button and click on any Route node to configure. (see Figure 3)
