How to keep history for every form changing?

I just created a CRUD App with the "Generate App" feature, but I need to keep tracking about WHO changes WHAT, how can I do that? Thanks!

        So, how can I show the JSON stored in this table on the corresponding Editing Form in a more users friendly way?

        I think... one may need to develop plugin to be able to compare each and every JSON objects to achieve this.
