Form can no longer be edited - how to fix?

Hello Everyone.

We suddenly have a form, that, when we go to edit it, it doesn't display properly on the screen.  It is empty.

Furthermore, the buttons for features like X-Ray, Tree Viewer, Permissions do not work when clicked, they just reload the main widget sidebar.

When you Preview it displays the form properly, and when you view it in UserView it is also displayed.

We tried creating a new app version to see if that solves the problem, but the new app version also does not display this particular form. We also cannot click the column shown above and get any sort of edit menu, nothing happens - all the widgets are not displayed.

We have many other forms in the app, and they work fine.

How can we troubleshoot this particular form issue?  We are running on Joget cloud, so we have limited database access, and we are on the free support plan.

When we revert to an older app version this particular form then works.  So, how can we view the changes made to this form in the latest app version to be able to troubleshoot this?
