I was creating a new form with Form Builder and then, in App Generator I did selected the following:
**Generate List
-Default options
**Generate CRUD
-Use Generated List
-Userview: Gestión de la Producción - XYZ S.A.C. (Existing Userview)
**Generate Approval Process
-Nothing selected (can't check on after the first use)
After this, I wanted to launch the user view and I got the following error:
Page Not Found (Code 404)

All the already test I was doing got lost, and, this test was like my real implementation to take it to production. Please hope you can restore that Userview.

before this problem, I was testing the ajax subform with some minor issues like delay in the select popup box button and also all my Chrome explorer tabs related to joget hanged up. Then I remove the ajax component and added the regular subform, the delay problem got resolved but then the disaster came out as related before.

Hi there,
It is likely that your Userview has got corrupted. Can you try to create a new Userview? or, you can try to see if you have a backup of it.

In case of this error in the paid cloud service you provide, do you have a bakcup I can trust?
Also, I would like to move this trial example worked to the paid service, is that posible? Please let me know because I want start paying next month for this.
Finally, I would like to redirect a subdomain from my website to joget cloud service host, is that possible?

Hi Francisco,
1. Backup - Joget Cloud is hosted on Amazon WS. We have a scheduled daily backup - daily snapshots, rolling 3 days backup. Means for now we only keep up to 3 days of backup. Anything beyond the 3 days cannot be retrieved.
You can also use this feature (Export & Import) to backup your apps to your other storage. Also, you might want to check out the App Versioning feature.
2. Moving from Trial to Paid - You will need to export your app from the Trial account and then import it into your Paid account, but you will need to re-configure the system settings and the plugins (e.g. email notification tool, etc.). More info here.
3. Domain - Yes, you can redirect your subdomain to the Cloud site. But you have to configure your DNS to point to our server IP and we have to add your domain into our config.

I was trying to subscrite to cloud service today but I'm getting this error:
10002 - Security header is not valid
...After clicking the subscrite paypal button. (I did try using Chrome and IE on Win8.1)

I just manage to restore the damaged userview from its xml file. I found that the last category generated looking the json format had something wrong. Did not found exactly what was wrong, I just copy and paste the others categories and the problem got fixed.
