Hi,

I am updating my workflow from verion 2 to version 3.  I export the XPDL file and start to design the new forms.

Also, I update the new database (update from sampledb to jwdb).  I have some running processes, for this cases I design the new form with the same variable name but when I review this open processes I see the value of workflow's variable.

Somebody know how I can see the data of the running processes in the version 3?

    Please see Monitor Apps if it helps. What you mean by "data of the running processes"? Are you referring to the workflow process instance's data (eg. workflow variable) or Form's data?

      Hi Hugo,

      When I refer to "data of the runnning processes" is about the information that users enter in the forms and this process are not close or are runnning.

        I migrate the data base SampleDB to jwdb.  When I go to Running Process I can see the open process that be in V2.  But I don't know how I can see the data form in the new forms in V3.

          Hi Victoria,

          Happy New Year!

          Data migration from v2 to v3 is not recommended due to many fundamental changes to its core as mentioned in Upgrading From v2. You can of course try porting the process instances and form data that you have.

          For instance, for the form data, you must create equivalent forms in Joget v3's Form Builder and import the data from v2's "form_" tables into v3's "app_fd_" tables.
