there in only one HOD in the system who approves all the claim request of employees so am currently researching on

every individual HOD can be able to approve/deny request of their respective employees only so please help me out how

can I achieve this?

    Am using same app which comes in sample apps "HR Claim Request"

    Employee file his claim

    Request receive by HOD(my company has different departments and each department has its own HOD)

    HOD can either approve/ reject or ask requetor to resubmit

    Once approve, it further goes to finance

      Hi Talha,

      Have you created your company organization chart in Setup Users? After you do, verify the user mapping in the HR Claim Request process itself then the assignments should go to the appropriate HODs already.

      You should have something that goes like "Performer's HOD where the performer performed Run Process" under the HOD participant.
