Hello Everybody,
 I am a newbie in Joget Workflow. So far I have managed to design a workflow and created form according to the design and even managed to create datalist and userview. But I am all stuck in a position that is Reminder and Escalation. I have gone through the videos and tutorial of this reminder and escalation and managed to design the reminder and escalation at the design workflow section. But I have know Idea how to show them to the Userview section of my app. 

 So please help me on this. I am attaching the jpeg image where you can find the Reminder and Escalation at the bottom left of the image. So please suggest anything which can help.

      I am extremely sorry that I have forgotten to attach the image there. I want to know suppose I have designed a workflow at the workflow designer. There I put a Reminder section and a Escalate section. But you know its easy to design there but I could not implement the very same thing at the process where a user can get Reminder mail and escalation mail in the Proper time. People will see the application in web browser. So how can I show the incoming mail at the user end.

        Hi SJ,

        Have you enabled the Deadline Checker Interval? See "Setting Deadlines - A Step-by-Step Guideline" under Deadlines and Escalations. If you have already done so, then you can monitor if the target activity has been created or not under Monitor Apps.
