We are currently using Joget v3 and loving it, but one thing we would like to utilize more is the app monitoring so we can see what processes are still in progress, and we can look over past processes as well.

However, we assign a Ref No to the process that the users reference, but the Process ID in the monitor apps is different to it, and therefore quite hard to match up.  Is there some way that we can make the process ID the same as the Ref no, or can we add another column to the monitor apps screen so we can filter on ref no.?

    Thanks for trying out Joget. I'm delighted that you are loving it.

    I can't see how we can add a "Ref No" into the App Monitoring as it is not a common attribute (One process's form may use ref_no, the other may use some other field). The only common attributes that we can query would be the Process Instance ID.

    Can you possibly enhance or monitor your processes through the use of listing in the Userview?
