Hi everyone!

I have a problem here related to SLA Limit. I want to make SLA Limit appear at inbox in the Userview and I had followed these links,Defining SLA Indicators,Enabling Data Collection for SLA Implementation and SLA (Service Level Agreement) but it still doesn't appear. SLA limit just appear in running process only but not in inbox userview. Do I miss any step/steps here?
