   May i ask what is the function of service level monitor in inbox? And how should i do to make use of this function? Thank you.

  1. It is for SLA implementation on the activities. You may implement SLA by modifying your process in the Workflow Designer by specifying the SLA limit in the activities you would like to have SLA enforced.
