Hi,

I am looking for filter/search options i UserView or in Default Inbox.

We have a lot of processes, with titles using hash variables, we wish to filter.

E.G:

title: New application: 65743 person: 45632

we wish to use filter with input box where we can put: 45632 or 65743

and we will receive in result example line.

Any suggestions?

    Hello Jakub,

    I would like to know if you were able to find any solution for this issue because I have a similar problem and am looking for how to solve.

    My Joget setup has a single inbox for a user, and in this inbox, everything comes in, it gets messy because there's no way to differentiate the various entries - the untreated ones, the ones saved as draft to be treated later. I am wondering if there is a way to create folders in the inbox where different cases can b separated.

    If you have any information about this, I would be glad to know. Thank you.
