      Thank you for the quick feedback. Actually, i turned off my avast antivirus and i was able to send it. Cheers

        Hi there,

        The error is pretty straight-forward. If you're using a secure SMTP server, you'd need to allow your tomcat to trust it.

        Use Setting Up SSL on Tomcat and add your SMTP server's certificate to the tomcat's truststore to allow the SSL handshaking to happen.
