Joget DX 8 Stable Released
The stable release for Joget DX 8 is now available, with a focus on UX and Governance.
Hi,
There is nothing specific to AWS, you just need to create an Amazon EC2 instance for either Windows (http://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/WindowsGuide/EC2_GetStarted.html) or Linux (http://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/EC2_GetStarted.html)
Once an EC2 instance is created, it behaves like any Windows or Linux machine and you can follow the instructions in Installation on Windows or Installation on Linux
There are also other deployment options such as using Docker (Joget Workflow on Docker) or OpenShift (Joget Workflow on OpenShift)
If you don't want to worry about infrastructure or hosting issues, then you could also subscribe to the hosted Joget Workflow On-Demand service instead at https://cloud.joget.com
Julian,
Thanks for your reply. I was actually asking about the basic Installation on Linux document. Obviously installing on AWS is very similar, but I find that your basic install document is lacking.
Maybe if you could elaborate in a few more sentences it could help.
Thanks,
Oren
Hi, Thanks for the clarification. I've updated the http://dev.joget.org/community/display/KBv5/Installation+on+Linux instructions with more details, hope this helps!
Thanks a lot this is just PERFECT. Thank you!
The experience should be the same as any other standard installation on a normal server. Please see Installation.
Thanks
Hello,
Can you please provide a more detailed explanation?
The document you are referring to is very short and has no details. It looks as if you do not want people to know how to install it.
Hey there, May I know which part that you do not comprehend? Thanks
Installation in AWS
If I want to install Version 4 (Enterprise Edition) in AWS, where can I get installation guide?
