Adding MySQL service as a Dependency to Tomcat service

Get the service name for both MySQL and Tomcat.
Launch command prompt. Execute the following.
```
sc config Tomcat7 depend= MySQL
```
You will get the following as confirmation.
```
[SC] ChangeServiceConfig SUCCESS
```
You may verify it on Tomcat's service properties.
