I want to Save as Draft without closing the form

I have a New Entry form where i would like to save any thing i added/edited but i dont want the form to close when i press "Save as Draft" or if need be a similar custom button that allows me to continue editing the form.

      Assuming the form is mapped to an activity in a process, you can refer to:

      Add Save as Draft feature to Run Process activity form

      or

      Add Save as Draft with Validation in Form
